NO Conatact inspections

 

• Photographs | No contact with mortgagor.  4 Digital Photographs (Front, Side, Street, Address Verification)
• Property Condition Reports  |  No contact with Mortgagor.  A one-page checklist reporting the visible exterior condition of the property. Four subject photos and no value.
• Property Condition Reports Enhanced  |  No contact with Mortgagor.  A brief one-page checklist reporting the visible exterior condition of the property. Four photos, no value, Field Inspection Report.
• Bankruptcy/Drive-by Inspection | No-contact with Mortgagor. Visual inspection of the exterior of property. 

• Conveyance Inspection | Visual inspection to determine if property is in conveyance condition. Inspection is completed on conveyance date and includes information relative to the condition of the property (lock has been changed, debris removed, property secured, etc.)
• Sale Date Inspection | No-contact inspection to verify the occupancy status on or following the sale date of the property. Inspection Report includes the condition of the property and work required to place property into conveyable condition if necessary.
• Periodical Inspections | No contact inspection.  Scheduled inspection completed annually, semi-annually, quarterly, monthly or any required time frame to meet your needs. 
• Vacant Property (Walk-through) Inspection | Inspection of interior and exterior of vacant property to determine general condition and any work needed to secure/clean the property. Inspector must have access to property. 
• Mobile Home Contract Verification Inspection | Visual inspection, of site where mobile home is to be placed or is placed. Inspection also includes obtaining serial number, year, make and model and information regarding the general condition of mobile home. 
• REO Inspection | No contact, visual inspection of the exterior of the REO property. Inspector will take appropriate steps to determine occupancy of the property, and includes contact with neighbors/tenants.

 • Cancellations within 72 Hours | Minimal Inspection fee is charged for cancellation request received within 24 hours of order date. 

• Bad or Incorrect Address  | Standard inspection fee is charged when all required attempts to locate subject property have failed. 

• Gated Community  | Standard inspection fee is charged when all required attempts to enter and / or locate subject property have failed or access is denied for any reason.
